• Respond to inquiries and project requests (legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures).
• Manage proposals, contracts and billing (contractual execution and legal obligations).
• Send communications related to contracted services (legitimate interest). We do not send mass newsletters.

Retention

We will retain data while a commercial relationship exists or as necessary to comply with legal obligations. When no longer necessary, we will securely delete them.

Recipients

We do not transfer data to third parties except legal obligation or when essential to provide the service (e.g., infrastructure providers with whom we sign appropriate contracts).

Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, limitation and portability by writing to info@igniratech.es. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider we have not properly handled your request.
